Sahih Hadith : Kill a Thief + This Thief Stole even after both his hands and feet were cut off?

Allegation in Sahih Hadith that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ordered to kill a thief and the allegation that that the legendary and mythological thief allegedly stole even after both his hands and both his feet had been cut off?? Do you really believe this happened and do you really allege that that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ordered to kill a thief, Sahaba rejected this order, and then the thief stole even after both his hands and feet had been cut off, and then Sahaba followed the alleged order and killed the thief.
